10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent. Commerce background is helpful but not required.

This three-month certificate course teaches you the basics of keeping business accounts and preparing financial statements. You will learn accounting principles, how to record daily transactions, prepare ledgers and trial balances, and understand GST and basic taxation. With regular practice on sample business data, you build the skills to work as an accounts assistant or bookkeeper, manage the accounts of a small shop or business, or move on to courses such as Tally Prime with GST and Computerized Financial Accounting.
